At Nomad, we feel a responsibility to be actively involved in local culture and the local community. As such we are involved with various projects:
18, Multidisciplinary Cultural Riad
Nomad is proud to be one of the main sponsors of this organization, which is at the forefront of the city’s burgeoning art scene. Please see their website for more information and to arrange visits.
3ème Millénaire
This highly impressive women’s association runs various co-ops that empower local women and improve their social and financial standing. We work with one of their co-ops who supply our gluten free millet and corn hand rolled couscous, for which we happily pay a premium price, knowing the benefits it gives to these local women.
We are happy to arrange visits to the co-op where clients can engage with the women and learn to make their own couscous by hand and eat a small feast. We work with another of the co-ops that supply us with our organic chicken. We helped them complete the place and provide them with all our kitchen waste as chicken food.
Nomad Association
Presently Nomad is setting up an association to work with under privileged youth. We will update the information on this once said association is up and running.
